We offer a national database of parents who may have left one or more child care providers without paying. We carefully score these parents so that child care providers can make an informed decision prior to enrollment.
No, we are a consumer reporting agency. However, our sister company can collect any balance owed to you and other child care providers in our network will not enroll the parent until they do!

As a child care provider, your subscription includes a single member license (login). You may assign this login to the employee in your center responsible for enrolling new families.
The number of inquiries is dependent on the subscription you choose. Currently, only our Startup plan is available, which includes up to twenty (20) inquiries per month. In the future, larger plans will be available.

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. We also accept payment via bank transfer or check transfer for yearly subscriptions. For more details, please contact us.

Our facilities feature stringent 24/7/365 security with video monitoring, biometric access, and advanced fire, flood, and theft monitoring systems. Our network security system employs the latest encryption and intrusion detection and prevention technologies. Login credentials and data that includes personal identifiable information is always encrypted. We employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to encrypt transmissions sent from your web browser to our systems.
ParentFax is a pay-as-you-go service (monthly or yearly). This means there are no long-term contracts. You can choose to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your account at any time by logging in to your ParentFax account.
If you are not satisfied with our product or service, cancel your subscription at any time and we will refund your purchase amount for any unused months. For more information, read our complete refund policy.
We may occasionally offer free trials. After the end of your 15-day trial, you will need to purchase a subscription to convert your trial account into a permanent account. All your data, customizations, and advanced features implemented during the free trial will remain intact. If you choose to not subscribe to ParentFax after your trial ends, your account will be suspended. You can reactivate your ParentFax account at any time by upgrading to a paid plan, and all the customizations you have configured in your ParentFax account will be retained.
We offer a flat 10 percent discount if you choose annual billing. We also offer free 1-month credits when referring paying child care provider subscribers to us. Please contact us if you wish to refer business to us.
No, you have to cancel your subscription to stop us from charging your account. If a payment fails, we may temporarily suspend (deactivate) your account until we receive payment. We will automatically attempt to process payment in a few days if you do not manually cancel your account.
